Basic Life Support training reinforces healthcare professionals’ understanding of the importance of early CPR and defibrillation, basic steps of performing CPR, relieving choking, and use of an AED.

How to become a BLS Instructor?

Currently hold an AHA BLS Provider Certification and complete the BLS Instructor Essentials Course at www.worldpoint.com

Register & Complete the BLS Instructor Essentials Classroom Course

Candidates must set-up their own BLS Instructor-Led Course and complete an Instructor Monitoring within 30 days after the Instructor Essentials classroom course.

21 Years of Age, Training Center requirement effective March 2019

Watch entire BLS Provider DVD at least once, prior to reporting to Instructor course.
